SAMPLE MANIPULATOR HEATERS designed and fabricated for wafers from 2″ and up to 8” (single and multiple zone heaters). Our sample manipulator heater elements are made from different materials suitable for different applications. The heater element is inserted and secured between PBN disks to ensure uniform temperature distribution throughout the surface. Our heaters are incredibly reliable and the thermocouple is placed in a secure position.
