Wafer Growth & Characterization

VESCO-NM uses MBE and MOCVD systems to grow high quality wafers and structures. Our personnel are experienced in compound semiconductor materials and device development projects. We possess the capabilities for growth and development of:

• Quantum Dot structures for infrared applications up to 30 stacks
• III-V Dilute Nitride (GaInNAs, InNAs, GaNAs)
• Ferromagnetic semiconductors for quantum computations
• Growth & development of BiFET structures for the telecommunication and radar industries by MBE & MOCVD
• Growth & development of Strained-Layer Super-Lattices for IR materials
• Growth & development of VCSEL structures

VESCO-NM owns some semiconductor characterization tools for materials properties measurements. Our engineers have the experience to operate various semiconductor characterization tools and systems. In addition, we offer comprehensive maintenance agreements for :
