VESCO-NM services all other vendors’ effusion cells. In most repair cases we replace all parts of the effusion cell except the mounting flange. Our effusion cell heaters and thermocouples are well-known as the most reliable and robust heaters for all MBE harsh and low-vacuum (1E-2 torr) environments, including oxide and nitride systems. Our seamless tantalum tubes are much stronger and never erode or crack due to gallium or aluminum penetration; which is a common failure appearance of the thin-wall outer tube cells. Our modified cells have a longer life time and are easy to operate and maintain. We have repaired and modified over 500 effusion cells of other vendors with no return.
