Semiconductor tools and components are among the most sophisticated and sensitive instruments. The performance and reliability of a tool often hinges on the standard of cleanliness within the tool itself and its environment. Contamination will determine the success or failure of a production run/growth; even the smallest fraction of contamination will produce bad growth results causing losses, both in time and money.

We provide a full range of decontamination and cleaning services for semiconductor and cleanroom equipment. We have worked on many Ultra High Vacuum (UHV) tools such as Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) Reactors, Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) systems, Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) Sputtering Systems, Wet Benches, Grinders and many more.

We can provide a quote using photos or you can ship your component for a more thorough evaluation. On-site decontamination for entire tools is also available. Certificates of decontamination are provided to clients for equipment being prepared for transport.
