3. Sample
Holders
Our In-free
sample holders are designed to hold full, half, and quarter wafers for 2" and 3" MBE reactors and the epi-layers are strain free.
VESCO-NM sample holders allow easy, fast, and secured mounting
for full and partial wafers. The entire loading process

5. Substrate Manipulators
