unique effusion cell heaters for long lifetime operation. Our heaters are made from one piece of 0.040" tantalum wire. These heaters are the best replacement for foil and 0.030" tantalum wire heaters.

Sample Manipulator Heater
VESCO-NM designs and fabricates sample manipulator heaters for 2" and 3" wafers. Our sample heater are made from one piece of 0.040" tantalum wire inserted between two PBN disks. The heater is placed in a grooved PBN disk with unique shape to insure uniform temperature distribution through out the surface. Our heaters are reliable and the thermocouple is placed in a secure position to achieve high temperature stability.
