A: Unfortunately, our products do not carry a warranty unless specified. However, in the rare case of the item being DOA (dead on arrival) an immediate refund will be issued.

A: Our products are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail. 2-3 days.  We also offer same day delivery for Albuquerque area sales.

A: USPS gives 2-3 day shipping as an estimate. Most of the time you receive your product within this time frame. Sometimes, due to high volume, USPS may have delays.  If you don't receive your product within five days, please contact us and we will resolve the situation.

A: We offer USPS Priority Mail Shipping (2-3 days) which includes a tracking/confirmation number. You are free to purchase insurance along with your order but we do not include it with the purchase.

A: If for any reason you are not satisfied with you purchase, you may return it risk free, money back guaranteed within 7 days of your purchase. DOA ( Dead on Arrival) items must be returned with 5 days of receipt of the product for a full refund or equal exchange.
